Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has been placed, and we'll be in touch if there are any delays.

Shipping rates & delivery
We ship across Egypt, the MENA region, and internationally.

Orders over 1500 EGP ship free. Orders under 1500 EGP are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery typically takes:
- Egypt: 1–3 business days
- MENA & International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and local customs processing.

Order tracking
We don't currently offer automated tracking numbers. If you'd like an update on your order status, message us on WhatsApp at +20 155 125 2371 with your order number, and we'll get back to you with the latest status.

Customs, duties, and taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
