We currently ship across Egypt, the wider MENA region, and internationally.
- Egypt: 1–3 business days
- MENA & International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped, and may vary slightly depending on your exact location.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind (wrong size, changed preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll reach out to arrange the best outcome for your situation — whether that's an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
