What payment methods do you accept?
We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and credit/debit card payments. No extra fee for choosing COD.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders above 1500 EGP qualify for free shipping. Orders below that are subject to standard shipping rates at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
- Egypt: 1–3 business days
- MENA & International: 7–14 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll send tracking updates via WhatsApp.
What's your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. See our full Shipping & Returns page for details.
How do I know my size?
Valyal runs fitted/slim. If you prefer a closer fit, order your usual size. If you prefer a relaxed streetwear fit, we recommend sizing up. (Full size chart coming soon.)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship across Egypt, the MENA region, and internationally.

Where are your products made?
Every Valyal piece is made in our own workshop — not outsourced or mass-produced elsewhere.
